Use of Fly ash bricks-Cost effective house

FLY ASH BRICKS

  • In this days, the cost of the construction is increased due to high rate of labours, cement, steel, sand, bricks and all type of construction materials.
  • Thus the new technologies have to implant in construction to decrease the cost of house.
  • I have reserched in "low cost housing" and got all new techniques for the construction. Here there is one of them "FLY ASH BRICKS".

INTRODUCTION

Fly ash bricks manufacturing units can be set up nearby thermal power stations.
Because the main raw materials fly ash is generated by thermal power stations in
big quantity . Fly ash supplied by thermal power stations at free of cost the
entreprenuer has to bare only transportation charges from thermal power stations to
the fly ash bricks manufacturing unit.

MARKET

There is good demand for fly ash bricks. The awareness among the people is required
and also same time the government has to give some special incentives for these type
of activities. The technologies are eco-friendly,Reduces solid waste and dust in the
nature. Compared to hallow brick and clay brick the cost is reasonable.Technology for
construction of wall with out cement between the brick has been developed by
GODWIN industries,Auto Nagar, Guntur. Construction of wall with these bricks is very
easy and cost effective.Technology is indeginiously available.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Required raw material like Fly ash,Gypsum, alum and stone crushing dust have to
be mixed as per the ratio. The mixed product can be placed into automatic locking
machine . This to be kept in molds for manufacturing of automatic locking fly ash
bricks. After the processing the bricks have to be dryed after applying required
water on the bricks. After two day drying the bricks can be sold.It is simple
manufacturing process.

There are many type of machines available from 1 lack to 50 lack INR.
One of them you can see here.

COMPARISION BETWEEN NORMAL AND FLY ASH BRICKS

The cost comparision is given below.

You can easily take down the cost of the construction by using Fly ash bricks.

If 40000 bricks are used in one house,Then the money saved by this brick is 40000 nos.*3INR =1,20,000INR. We can easily bring down the cost of construction by 30Percent.

OVERVIEW

By all investigations and researches,The fly ash bricks are better then Normal bricks.

1. STRENGTH OF FLY ASH BRICK IS DOUBLE THEN NORMAL BRICK.

2.PRICE IS HALF OF THE NORMAL BRICKS.

3.MAKING PROCESS IS EASY.
